Chicken karahi recipe

How to make chicken karahi recipe?
Chicken karahi is a famous delicious and tasty Desi food. It is very easy to cook and take short time for preparation. It is very common dish cook every where.

In some places in Pakistan it is cook on many special occasions like eid, birthday parties, when some guest come etc.
Chicken: 1kg
Yogurt: 1 cup
Onion: 2 to 3
Garlic: 1 tsp
Ginger: 1 tsp
Tomato: 2 to 3
Green chilli: 3 to 4
Red chilli: 1 tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Cardamom: 1 to 2
Cumin powder: 1 tsp
Dried coriander: 1 tsp
Green Coriander: 1 cup
Cinnamon: 1 to 2 small pieces
Turmeric powder:  1 tsp
Take a tensile add oil and heat it then add onions in to it and Fri until the onions going to brown color then add chicken, garlic, ginger, Turmeric powder, salt, cinnamon and Cardamom in to it and Fri for 3 to 4 minutes then add yogurt in to it and cover the tensile lid for 5 minutes. After it add red chilli powder , tomatoes, green chillis, Cumin powder and dried coriander and Fri it until the oil come out from the chicken and gravi and sweet spicy smell come out from it add green coriander on it and close burner. Now it is ready to eat serve with roti, Naan and chatni and salad.
