How to make shaami kabaab recipe?

Shaami kabaabs are king of kabaab family because it is most famous and important dish of our special events meal. Every body like it. It's taste is wonderful and delicious. It is mostly prepare with Daal channa. How it prepare now we discuss it.

Beef Qeema: 1/2 kg
Daal channa: 2 cups
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Red chilli powder: 2 tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Cumin powder: 2 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 2 tsp
Green Coriander: 1 cup
Green chilli: 3 to 4
Turmeric powder: Half tsp
Cinnamon: 2 small pieces
Cardamom: 2
Lemon juice: 1 tsp
Egg: 2


1: First of all  in a tensile take water and boil Qeema with garlic and ginger paste, Turmeric powder, cinnamon and Cardamom. When qeema boiled then dried water.

2: In an other tensile boil Daal channa when it boiled completely then separate water from daal.

3: In a bowl add qeema, daal channa and all above ingredients and mixed well.

4: Now make kabaab with hands in a round shape.

5: Heat oil in a fring pan, dip kabaab in to eggs and then deep fry in the pan until their color turn to golden brown. Serve with Raita and chatni.
