Allu palak k pakore

Allu palak k pakore recipe :

Pakore make in many different ways it is very tasty and delicious recipe. It is mostly prepare with tea, coffee, cold drinks and also with meal.

Potato and spinach pakore is very tasty and very delicious taste everybody like it. It is very easy to prepare and take very short time for preparation so we can easily prepare it in very short time and enjoy this recipe or dish with tea or meal.

How I prepare it now we discuss about it.


Besan: 1 cup
Potatoes: 2 to 3
Spinach leaf: 8 to 10
Backing powder: less than half tsp
Cumin: half tsp
Dried coriander powder: half tsp
Red pepper: half tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: 2 to 3 cups

Preparation :

1: First of all wash potatoes and spinach leaf and make slice of potatoes.

2: In a bowl add all above ingredients and mixed them well.

3: Now take a karahi add oil in it and warm it.

4: Now dip potatoes and spinach leaf one by one and add in to karahi.

5: Fry pakore well in oil until their color turns to light golden brown.

6: Tasty and crispy pakore is ready to eat serve with Raita and chatni.
