Vegetables Biryani

Vegetables Biryani recipe :

Vegetables Biryani recipe is very tasty and very delicious recipe. Fresh vegetables make its taste wonderful and mouth watering. Carrots, potatoes, cauliflower, and cabbage used in it. Boiled rice like meat biryani are used in it.

Vegetables are good for health so this type of biryani is very healthy food. Vegetables Biryani is very easy to prepare and take very short time for preparation. How I prepare it now we discuss about it :

Vegetables Biryani 

Ingredients :

Rice: 1 kg
Onions: 1-2
Carrots: 4 to 5 normal size (cut in finger shape)
Potatoes: 3 ( cut into finger shape)
Cabbage: 1
Cauliflower: 1
Tomatoes: 2
Ginger paste: 2 tsp
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Dried coriander powder: 1 tsp
Cumin: 2 tsp
Cinnamon: 2
Cardamom: 2
Biryani masala: half packet
Lemon: 3 to 4
Salt: according to your taste
Oil: 1 n half cup
Yellow food color: 2 tsp

Preparation :

1: First of all boiled the rice.

2: Now cut all the vegetables.

3: Take a tensile add oil and onions in to it and fry them until their color turns to golden brown.

4: Now add all above ingredients in to it except yellow food color and fry them for almost 10 to 15 minutes.

5: Add all above vegetables in it and fry them into masala on low flame.

6: when all the vegetables cooked well then closed the burner.

7: In a large tensile add a layer of boiled rice then add a layer of vegetables masala then again rice layer so in this way all the rice and vegetables masala add layer by layer.

8: At last add yellow food color and lemon pieces on it and left it almost 10 minutes on low flame.

9: Delicious vegetable Biryani is ready serve with Raita and chatni.
