Zinger recipe

Zinger ( burger) recipe:

Zinger is very easy to prepare in home and take short time for preparation. This types of fast food mostly purchase from markets, restaurants, hotels and on public places. 

But it is not confirmed yet this fast food prepare in clean method or its ingredients are original??  This is main point for our health so we must want to prepare fast food mostly in homes it takes very short time for preparation and good for health

Burger recipe

How I prepare zinger now we discuss about it :


Burger ban: 2 or 4
Chicken boneless: 4 big pieces
Chicken Tikka masala: 3 tsp
Lemon juice: 2 tsp
Cumin: half tsp
Dried coriander powder: half tsp
Turmeric powder: half tsp
Salt: according to your taste
Egg: 2
Bread crumbs: 1 cup
Corn flakes: half cup
White pepper: 1 tsp
Oil: half kg (for frying chicken pieces)
Mayonnaise: half cup
Chilli garlic sauce: half cup

Preparation :

1: First of all clean up chicken and add Tikka masala, lemon juice, Cumin and dried coriander powder, Turmeric powder, salt in it and mixed them well.

2: Now steam this chicken pieces. Take a tensile add I glass of water in it then add a small steel bowl in it and then a net plate on it and take chicken pieces on it covers tensile lid for almost 20 minutes.

3: Now in a bowl add bread crumbs, corn flakes and white pepper in it and mixed them well.

4: 2 eggs mashed in a small bowl or plate for dip chicken pieces.

5: Now take a karahi add oil and warm it.

6: Chicken pieces first dip in egg then in corn flakes and bread crumbs bowl.

7: Now fry chicken pieces in oil until their color turns to golden brown.

8: Burger ban cut into two pieces, on one piece add chilli garlic sauce and other piece add mayonnaise.

9: Now chicken pieces place center of burger ban add a piece onions, tomato or cabbage in it, it is depend on your choice.

10: Zinger is ready to eat serve with Tomato ketchup.
